You can have visits from spiritual advisors and/or social workers who can help you learn about local community resources. When working with a hospice company your care is tailored to your individual family's needs. Even a little bit of support can lighten the load for the caregiver.

Hospice can make caring for your person at home a little easier and it can also provide those with a terminal diagnosis, better days and a better end-of-life through a care plan specific to their needs and wishes. This class will help you step into a mutually rewarding relationship with your hospice team.
